Refund and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt. In order for your return to be processed, it must:

1. Be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition.

2. Include all original packaging, manuals, and forms.

3. Include the original packing slip and reason for the return

All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.

NOTE: Returns may be subject to manufacturers' Return Policies and individual Dealers Branch Return Policies.

1. Question: Can invoices, orders, or details be printed from My Account Dashboard?
    Answer: Not at this time. Invoices, orders and other information available in My Account Dashboard can be emailed in order to print.
2. Question: Why do I need to wait for account approval when I first register with your site?
    Answer: Once your account has been created, pricing and availability will display correctly based on your home branch.
3. Question: How do I request my access role changed?
    Answer: To change your current access role, please send an email request to [email protected].
4. Question: How do I know pricing and availability are correct on a quote?
    Answer: Quote requests are routed to the customer's home branch for completion. If you do not have an account, quote will be sent to the closest dealers location.
5. Question: What do I do if I forgot my password?
    Answer: Click the "Sign In" link at the top right of any page. Then click "Forgot Password"
6. Question: How do I apply for a credit account with dealers electrical supply?
    Answer: Complete the Contact Us form with Credit Application in the subject.
7. Question: I'm making a purchase on line and paying with a credit card. My business is tax exempt. How can I make my order non-taxable?
    Answer: Unless we already have your account on file as non taxable, you will need to submit your state's tax form BEFORE you place your order and after you have created a sign in.     The tax form you submit will have to be verified. Once that process is complete, your account will be set up as non-taxable and your tax form will remain in our files. You will be
    notified once this process is complete. EMAIL TAX FORM TO: [email protected].
